At Mia Tui, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new bag; if it's not quite right, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unused product, including all original tags and accessories, into the original shipping box or a secure alternative.

Ship the Package

Print your generated return label, attach it to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
